American Pavement Preservation had the opportunity to place a Type 2 Asphalt Slurry Seal for the Town of Wellton Arizona. This is the first application of the Latex Modified Asphalt Slurry Seal in the Town of Wellton. Although a small project the town is moving forward on their asphalt pavement preservation. With tight funding, agencies must look at other means of taking care of their asphalt pavement network of streets. Asphalt Slurry Seal is a cost-effective application, providing for many years of added useful life for asphalt pavements streets. Asphalt Slurry Seal with polymer modified latex materials, placed on the right asphalt pavements, can provide added useful life of the asphalt pavement for 7 to 12 years.
