American Pavement Preservation had the pleasure of providing our professional service to a great existing/repeat client once again. This is a client that we previously serviced in 2016. We were able to provide crack sealing, AMERICOAT seal coat and an entire restripe to their already existing parking lot.

The asphalt surface was in fair condition but needed asphalt crack sealing and an asphalt seal coat placed to preserve their asphalt surface. Hot rubberized asphalt Crack sealing was completed using a specification hot rubberized asphalt crack sealant material. A two-coat seal coat application was then applied. AMERICOAT is a premier pavement preservation material, designed and manufactured by American Pavement Preservation. Once the seal coat material was completed the new parking stalls were laid out and striped.
