American Pavement Preservation was pleased to be able to work with one of our local general contractors here in Las Vegas to repair and restore the existing asphalt parking lot at one of our local banking institutions.

The American Pavement Preservation asphalt paving team was able to use our expertise, knowledge, and skills to repair the asphalt parking lot back to a smooth new asphalt surface. The scope of work consisted of removing, re-grading and asphalt paving an area where the Building Owners had previously removed their drive-up window & ATM, as well as a very large awning that stretched across the asphalt parking lot. The old existing asphalt area was removed and backfilled by the concrete contractor. American Pavement Preservation installed type 2 base materials, graded the area in preparation for new asphalt then placed the new asphalt pavement 2 inches in thickness. American Pavement Preservation placed a ½ inch hot asphalt mix design material, to enhance the pavement condition and then applied an asphalt emulsion fog seal material upon completion of the placement of the new asphalt pavement for a pristine black finish.
