TYPE 1 Asphalt Slurry Seal placed on a residential street to protect the surface from the sun and weather.

Type 1 Asphalt Slurry Seal placed on a residential street as a new asphalt surface approximately 1/8 of an inch thickness. The new asphalt slurry seal surface will provide a new wearing surface protecting the underlying base asphalt from the elements of the sun’s ultraviolet rays and traffic wear.   Protecting the base asphalt surface with Type 1 Asphalt Slurry Seal will save the residents money from costly repairs in the future caused by the weather on the base asphalt.   The Type 1 Asphalt Slurry Seal will take wear the tear and degradation of the weather, protecting the base asphalt.

Type 2 Asphalt Slurry Seal placed on a small office complex parking lot.   The asphalt surface of this lot prior to the asphalt slurry seal was in poor condition due to lack of sealing and neglect. The Type 2 asphalt slurry seal has provided a new surface on the lot enhancing the property value and creating a refreshed and brand-new looking parking lot that the owner is proud of.
