American Pavement Preservation was fortunate enough to work directly with Clark County Public Works Department this year. American Pavement Preservation is a big advocate for protecting your asphalt pavement from the elements our hot sun using slurry seal. Asphalt Slurry Seal is placed on the streets to protect the existing dense grade asphalt surface from the sun and weather.
The attached pictures show our crew personnel and state-of-the-art equipment working diligently on the county streets in a heavy industrial and commercial area. American Pavement Preservation effectively coordinated and planned with the surrounding businesses in the area to assure the least amount of inconvenience. Work was completed after their work hours and on weekends so as not to disrupt their daily business activities.
A heavy Type 2 Asphalt Slurry Seal application was applied on the existing asphalt surface. The asphalt surface of these streets prior to the application of the Type 2 asphalt slurry seal was in poor condition due to years of use. Many streets have had no prior surface treatment or seal coat. The Type II asphalt slurry seal has provided a new surface on the lot enhancing the property value and creating a refreshed and brand-new looking street that local businesses are proud of resulting in a good surface treatment that should last for over 10 years.
Asphalt Slurry Seal is the most widely used surface application by cities and counties across America. American Pavement Preservation is proud to apply that same asphalt slurry seal, top preserve the streets of our home – Las Vegas!
